Health and Safety

Dear Patients, Colleagues, Families, and Friends of Dr. Gregory:

We are excited that our office is open, and we can finally see all your beautiful smiles again!!

Due to COVID-19 we have made a number of changes to our office that we’d like to make you aware of.

First and foremost, we want to share that every employee on our staff, including Dr. Gregory, has been regularly attending on-line Infection Control courses so that we can continue to provide care safely, with the most up-to-date knowledge and information available. In addition, hygiene staff members are now wearing face shields in addition to their regular PPE. In order to reduce air-born particulate from patients, we now have additional staff members present to facilitate things such as suction, X-rays, Cavitron use, etc.

Secondly, we want to make everyone aware of the changes we have made to accommodate patients and provide the cleanest environment possible. We have extended our hours so that we may spread out our appointment times. This allows us to see the same number of patients in a day while also reducing the number of patients sitting in our waiting room. Our waiting room and shared operatory spaces have been provided with 3 separate Air Purifying devices. Every 15 minutes each of these machines remove viral particles and bacteria from the air, including the virus that causes COVID-19. Additionally, we have shifted to using longer appointment times so that we may have enough time to sterilize every operatory after each patient.

Finally, we’d like to share that all staff members and patients are required to take a COVID assessment along with a temperature check before beginning their appointment. In addition to practicing social distancing, we ask that patients wear a mask to all appointments and regularly use hand sanitizer. If you or someone you know needs an appointment but can’t get to the office due to COVID-19 or any other personal or medical issue, Dr. Gregory does offer virtual consultations via his online scheduling portal.

We thank you for sticking with us through this difficult time and we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

Regards,

Dr. Gregory & the Team
